Change C33 to a 1kV ceramic type. This protects components on the +3.3V line should C33 (a 50V ceramic) becomes short-circuited through voltage spikes over time. Add a 1N4751 zener diode in parallel with C2 (Cathode on +ve of C2, Anode on -ve of C2) This offers additional protection to IC1.
