Product: Electric Ranges
Bulletin Date: 11/6/2013
Bulletin Number: ASC20131115001
SUBJECT: Cook top On indicator stays on.
Background: The cook top indicator is lit even though the energy regulators are in the "Off"
position. This is caused by a damaged energy regulator. After testing, we have established that the
damage occurs when the range is installed. If the range is pushed into position using the control
panel, the installer's hands can push in on the regulator, causing the damage.
