Use of EEPROM Tools indicates you accept the terms of this license agreement.
Registered Version
A single registered copy of EEPROM Tools may be used by any person who uses the software on one
computer. This registered version of EEPROM tools will give you free access to log server
calculating LOG files for SP lock rebuild for Nokia DCT4 phones. Fair use policy apply.
Failing to comply will result to termination of your account. Free logs files offer covers
Type=2, improved Type=2 and Type=5.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into EEPROM Tools may be put,
NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Shareware Version
Evaluation and Registration
This is shareware, which is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed
to use this software for evaluation purposes without any charge. If you want to use the full services
of the software you will have to register this version online. Registrations are fulfilled by

Unregistered use will limit the use of EEPROM Tools to work only on DCT3 Nokia phones.
Distribution
Provided that you are distributing the current non-registered Shareware Version (select About from the
main program) you are hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program; give exact
copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the
software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
