Symptom:
(**) The Laser Diode of the Optical Block may emit when the set is in Standby
Mode

Solution: On the solder side of the Main PC board, add a 47K resistor (P/N 1-249-437-11)
from pin 13 of IC351 to GND. See diagram below.
