Subject: Failure to detect the machine in the network

Phenomenon It may be possible that the machine can not be detected in the network.
Cause The network communication device (PHY layer chip) at the Main board fails to power-up.
Solution The constant of the capacitor (C76) has been changed from 10F to 2.2F.
