18-7. Mechanism and Control of Fusing Roller Small-Amount Turning
If the Upper and Lower Fusing Rollers are kept in the temperature-controlled stage for more than a given
period of time, the areas of the two rollers in contact with each other are deformed by heat and pressure. To
prevent this situation, the rollers are automatically driven for a given period of time to change the areas of the
rollers in contact with each other.
