Model: AVR-5803A
Subject: Countermeasure for a Surround Parameter malfunction.
Symptom: 1) During the multiple inputting mode (except Status 2/0/0
indication) such as DOLBY DIGITAL, DTS, AAC, etc., the filter does not function
though the unit accepts the operation when the CINEMA EQ was set to ON at
the surround mode that consists of CINEMA EQ parameters such as PL II
CINEMA, etc.
2) In the PL II GAME Mode, the 10 msec. delay that is required to the Surround
Channel does not operate.
3) In the PL II x MUSIC mode, unnecessary CINEMA EQ parameter can be
selected.
Solution: Upon customer claim rewrite the Program Software for the Main
and sub MICONs by means of DENON FLASH ROM WRITER 2, V130.
