Low Bright and High Bright value according by standard value. APR Adjustment : Acces to service mode. Set APR to 15 value = 21" RF (ABL)

- Press menu button to save data Adjustment. Normalisation setting (memory setting) : Brightness Contrast Color Sharpness = 55 = 100 = 70 = 100 - Tint - PNR - Pic Improve = 00 = OFF = ON

1. G2 and White Balance Adjustment : Presetting Condition for WB Adjustment : Brightness = 70 (for flat Hitachi = 75) Contrast Color PNR Blue back R / G / B Cut off B Gain R DC , G DC Trimpot G2 Pic Improve = 100 = 60 = off = on = 60 (RF) = 50 = 32 = Minimum = ON (menu)
Use White Balance (White Black) pattern Acces to Service Mode. a. For IC Micom HBM-00-01H/F,HBM-00-07H,HBM-01-04 - Measure the third cathode (KB, KG, KR) and look for cathode with highest value. - Set trimpot G2 until voltage on highest cathoda as bellow : - For 20",21",21"RF = 118Vdc ± 1Vdc b. For IC Micom HBM-00-08,HBM-00-12 - Make 1 horizontal line (raster tip) by pressing yellow button on remote control. - Set trimpot G2 until we got 1 horizontal line with enough intensity and notice the domi nance color. - Return to normal position by pressing yellow button. - Adjust trimpot G2 until we got voltage on cathoda dominance as bellow : - Untuk 20",21",21" Real flat = 118Vdc ± 1Vdc - Use Chroma meter for White Balance Adjustment. - Plug in Chroma meter probe on the black side.
