3 Disassembly and Reassembly
This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the LE23A41B/LE26A41B/LE32A41B LCD TV.
WARNING: This monitor contains electrostatically sensitive devices. Use caution when handling these
components.
(ONLY LE32R51B) Check the connector of POWER BOARD which are CNI 801, 802.
IF Panel MARK is A(AUO), The wire which is from PANEL INVERTER Must be
connected into CNI 802.
IF Panel MARK is S(Sec), The wire which is from PANEL INVERTER
Must be connected into CNI 801.
3-1 LE23R51B, LE23R41B Disassembly
Cautions: 1. Disconnect the monitor from the power source before disassembly.
1. Place LCD TV face down on cushioned table.
Remove 9 screws from the rear cover.
Remove 4 screws from grip on the stand. and
remove the stand.
2. Remove the stand and lift up the rear cover.
3. Remove 3 screws and lift up the jack cover.
Disconnect speaker cable, function cable from the
board.
4. Remove 9 screws from the boards.

5. Lift up the Power board and Main board.
6. Remove 9 screws and Lift up the shield panel and
remove 4 screws.
7. Lift up the shield cover and LCD panel.

1. Place LCD TV face down on cushioned table.
Remove 14 screws from the rear cover.
Lift up the rear cover.
2. Remove 3 screws from the Jack cover.
Remove 12 screws from The board.

3. Lift up the boards
4. Remove 11 screws from the shield.and lift up the
shield.
5. Remove 5 screws(Left :2/Right :3)
6. Lift up the BRKT.
3-3 LE40R51B Disassembly
1. Remove 8 screws from rearcover.
Remove 4 screws from grip on the stand.
2. Remove the stand and lift up the rear cover

3. Disconnect speaker cable, function cable and
Remove screws from the shield.
4. Disconnect Power Cables, LVDS Cable from
the power board.
5. Remove 4screws from the Main board and lift up
the board.
6. Remove 4 screws from the power board.
Disconnect Cables.

7. Disconnect inverter cable.
Lift up the power board.
8. Remove screws.
9. Remove screws from the panel BRKT. Remove
screws from the cabinet BRKT and lift up the
panel Assy.
10. Lift up the panel, Remove screws from the panel
BRKT(R/L).
Disconnect BRKT from the panel.
