Install menu & chan 1 posn locked
Reqs password - if the password is forgotten then use 734. This will allow you to unlock the channels. To open the install menu however you must unlock "all" the locked channels. If you find that you cannot enter the tuning menu one or more of the 100 channels is locked, so search through them all and make sure they are all unlocked.

Dead - chopper tfmr failure
Replace T2.5A fuse, BUZ90 (used 2SK1643), R801 2R2 5W cement resistor, plus a 0.5R 1W metal oxide had gone o/cThe chopper transformer is obtained from CPC under part number AB4040905110 for ?5.08 + VAT and comes with a small mod kit (details below) . Transformer was a Teleson , now made by Eldor. R812 - change to 47R metal oxide, C809 - change to 220nF 63V MKT
