PS. Transistor blown. Changed chopper tr, and TDA4605, But they were blown again. Occasionally the set before blowing the smps may run for a while.
Check/Replace R632 270K Resistor.

Ticking noise / Whistling, no start up
Change C2550 680nF/250V cap, however normal it may look visually. Also change 1534 fuse . This time this cap had also taken D6561 68V Zener diode with it. ( It was shorted)
