Field collapse - repeat failure of FOP chip
Mod by removing link PJ28 and in it's place fit a 10uH choke. Also add a 470nF 100v capacitor from pin 5 of ic301 to earth. PJ28 is the 26volt supply to the field ic and this rail suffer's from spike's.!
