Arcing in picture. Reduced width with torn edges.
The HO Transformer has a built in fuse holder which houses a 50mA fuse. (connected in series with the high tension cable). Replace the fuse and clean the contacts.

C2607 in relay PCB Sced.Check also D334 and D335 in tuning module as in one case they were found to be Sced together with C2607.
