MCM7,M8 U-loader rework procedure( assembly) Method B
1. Assy the reworked screw ( pasted fiber washer) back to module.
2. Put CD module into module bracket on correct position and fix with 4 pieces screw (3x16). Push CD tray back to normal position,
plug FFC with MP3 board. and put FFC of cd module through one hole of module bracket.
3. Put CD Module pre-assy back to main set on correct position. And plug FCC into socket.
4. Assy four screws (3 x 12 ) between CD module pre-assy and main set pre-assy.
6. Use stick to press the lock of cd module let CD tray out , and assy CD cover on CD module. Then push CD tray into the set.
7. Assy side panel (left and right) into the main set.
8. Assy top cover into the main set.
9. Fix with screws (total 8 pieces, M tooth 6
Plastic screw (3 x 12) .
3 x 10 mechanical screw (screw with metal part)
3 x 8 mechanical screw (screw with metal part)
