SYMPTOM · · · · · · Sombre picture. Small H size (H sync frequency is too high). Loss of geometry adjustment data. H-out transistor Q802 blown. No luminance signal, only chrominance. Faulty on-screen menu operation.
CAUSE NVM crash due to faulty microcomputer operation during start-up. SOLUTION Perform the following changes on the A Board. · Dress the wires between A3-A6 and A7-B7 as shown below.

Increase the +5V start-up delay time by replacing C625 (0.22µF) with " µF Ceramic Chip" (1-162-638-11). 1 Also add protection diode D01 "1SS133T-77" (8-719-991-33) between pins 2 and 3 of IC603.

Initialize the NVM and perform all necessary adjustments.
