The Minimatic rotary screen printing machine is cost effective machine that maximizes simplicity of design.
It was created as a solution for small printing shops to step away from the old manual machines and transition into an
automatic. As labor is always a crucial cost factor, return on investment (ROI) with the Minimatic is possible within
just few months.
The Minimatic is appreciated by its owners for design simplicity, quality, and high precision registration. As
we felt it necessary to provide a tool that could easily help printers transition into commercial production, the
sizeable print area of 41 x 41 cm (16 x 16") is more than you might expect from and entry level press. An advantage to its
compact design, besides its high printing speed, is installation and location flexibility - narrow staircase for floor
installation is not a problem with the Minimatic.
The Minimatic is offered with a maximum spread of 8 stations. We recommend common Loading /
Unloading style machine for any shop where a single operator will be managing the printing process. In these
scenarios an extra print head is always highly appreciated.
In the standard version we have implemented the pneumatic indexer rotation system, pneumatic heads, and
pneumatic lifting system. This highly reliable design is engineered to maximize efficiency of the pneumatic
indexing system's inertial forces.
Quick-Change pallet system with fast sliding pallets and pallet locator makes pallet placement easy.
Standard pallets measure 41 x 56 cm (16 x 22").
The Minimatic is a fast, reliable, and durable machine. The swiveling main panel emulates individual head
control with access to 3 main motions of any head: TEST PRINT, SQUEEGEE UP / DOWN, CARRIAGE FRONT /
REAR.
The Minimatic has advanced software that includes SEQUENCING features; combine this with CLH flashes
to produce the highest printing and curing efficiency.

access to technical services.
