Andrzej, as you already said we are very tight with space here and also location of the stand is
not the happiest solution (we are almost completely covered out from the visitor's views
by "Sureprint"'s half.) I hope that you didn't shared stand's cost in two equal halves, because this
upper half should be at least 30% cheaper. However, let's fight and make maximum out from what
we have.
1. Most important thing would be that Sureprint do not put any wall with banners or posters
to separate two half of the stand because in that case Printex stand can be seen just slightly from
the sides. That is something you should check with them on time.

2. You must be careful with "sequences" function on Prism, and check is there any other patent issues.
You know that M&R has patented "revolver" function and they are very nasty at trade shows
regarding patents. At last FESPA in Munich they filed some case about patent infringements against
Marcodie regarding their oval press (and the press wasn't even exbitied), so FESPA officials forced
Marcodie to remove big poster of their oval press and left their stand like it was bombed. In their manual
for exibitors, Fespa is stating: By entering into FESPA 2013, you warrant that your entry will not infringe
the rights and patents (including any intellectual property rights) of any third party. You shall indemnify
FESPA against all costs, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of any claim or action
(including but not limited to any infringement of intellectual property rights) howsoever caused.
So be careful about it.
3. Now this is what I suggesting about the Printex stand furnishing and setup, all with the most important
cause at every trade show in mind:

How to attract more people?

1. Having machine to print

I think that having Prism doing some nice print at the stand will have much, much bigger impact on
potential visitors and customers. From my experience as a screen printer, I know that I always spend
a much more time on the stands where machines are actually printing than on those company stands that
only having machine sits. For example, on last Fespa, Sroque exibited several of their's pretty nice
machines at area of over 100 sq meters, but I just looked them for a minute or two and passed by. But I
spent almost an hour on some stand where some shitty Turkish press was exhibited but printed some nice
print. But machine was bad, the guys there were not so good with english so it was big setback for them.
Also people love free stuff, so having 200-300 T-shirts printed and given to the visitors will attract more
people. Always when I'm walking with the t-shirt in my hand at some trade show, people stopping me and
asking: Hey, where did you get that? Of course, probably few of those people are potential buyers of
screen printing press, but having more people visiting the stand will give us chance to start some talk,
to present Printex line of equipment, give them business card, they will take some flyers (brochure), etc..
Now, you may say, those blank T-shirts cost 2 eur/piece, but I can assure you, they will serve their
purpose on several ways and that's well spent money. They will attract more customers to stand, they will
show possibilities of the machine in the real production. Also we will have something like
"Printed with Printex Prism" and web address incorporated in artwork, so after Fespa they will also serve
as a nice marketing tool. After all, Fespa is once in every three years, so let's use the chance to do it right.
Of course, to be noticed, attractive and worn after the show, these T-shirts should be with nice looking art,
high end print, but that's all my job to prepare it and to do it. I still do not know is it possible to have some
small (Economax size, 60cm belt, 120cm chamber) dryer, for that you'll probably need help of Sureprint
and some small part of their space maybe. Also, I'm not sure about Prism's real diametar, but Fespa
stating that "all moving parts of machinery and equipment must be at least 50cm away from the edge of
the stand area".

2. "Printed with Printex" gallery

Nothing attracts screen printer more than some nice looking, top of the line print samples that he can't do
or he rarely see. From screen printer's point of view, I know that at every trade show I attended, from
SGIA to FESPA , I always stopped by the stand where they have some nice prints exhibited. And not only
me, there was always big crowd around, they all wanted to touch those special effects, to see it close view,
to ask how it is done. So I was thinking to take some of my best looking prints that I did in the past, simple
frame it on some cardboard and it is best to have them to stand on the corner of the Sureprint half,
turned toward the visitor's pathway and placed under one spotlight (you can see placements of everything
I'm suggesting at the end of this writing). Or we can have it at Printex half on the same location.
It will look something like this:

3. Having banner holder with the short presentation of the equipment displayed
at the one corner of the stand

To make people see what we are exhibiting even when they are just passing by our stand it is good to
have one paper banner standing near the visitors pathway, with some of the major products printed on it,
and placed on some simple roll-up banner holder, like on picture below. That is also one of the things that
can attract interested visitors to check out what is going on at the back of the stand where the machine is,
and to come and ask for further info about the products. In my opinion, this is a must to do.

4. Brochures display stand

Most often it is almost impossible to talk a lot with every stand visitor, especially to explain them all range
of specifications, functions and possibilities of every machine and product we are offering. Sometimes
visitor can come to ask something but we will be talking with someone else, they may be short of time
and leave. Very often visitors from non-English speaking countries who are not good with English
language are talk-shy with stand personel, just looking for few minutes and leave, not giving you chance
to explain them your equipment in more detail. In all these cases, having a display stand with brochures
of every specific product "free to take", will help a lot. Also, these brochures should be given to all
stand's visitors who are looking at least a little bit interested in equipment. This brochure holder can be
rented from "Fespa manual" online that you gave me access for, it should be looking like this and should
be placed in convenient area at stand.:

We would need two of this, we need 8 separate places for brochures
(5 presses, one for dryer, one flyer should be made for flash, and we
should make one official Printex Fespa flyer). This holders can be rented
in black or white, black looks better to me.

5. To be noticed from the distance and because of not so good stand location it would be great to
have one square printed banner to hang from the ceiling over the center of the stand area.It should be
printed on fabric and then stretched on the frame. It should be something like 3 meters side length and
about 80cm side width. To save some money only three sides can be printed, side facing the back of
the Fespa hall is not so important. Here, I'm giving an example, but of course it can be made different.
I can design it and make computer artwork ready for print. It is probably cheaper to have it printed here,
but I don't know about the shipping.

6. I was also thinking about some moving pictures to attract customers. One LCD screen of 36-42"
placed toward the visitors walking area and hanged on eye height. I would call a guy from here and we can
go to Bojan's place in Cacak and also do some filming at my shop. Idea was to make some 10 min.
professionally looking movie about Printex and machines printing in a real print shop environment with
specifications and highlights of every press type titled at the bottom of the screen. That movie will be played
non-stop in loops during the exhibitions times. However, this idea will be justified only if we can hang that
screen beside visitors pathway, so knowing that part of the stand is belonging to Sureprint, I don't know if
it is possible. Otherwise, I don't think it is worth to put it at Printex half, because in that case it will be seen
only by people who are already at our stand, so the purpose of attracting the visitors who are passing
by will be lost.

Well, that was all about my ideas of the most important thing and that's attracting customers to the stand,
because only having place on trade show but not be noticed will not bring any good. Those things needed
are not expensive to rent (except maybe LCD screen), and in my opinion all are very important.
Fespa is held only once every three years and we have 4 days to take maximum out of it, so I think it
will be worth effort and money.

Now about some other things that should be done and who needs to do it.

1.New business cards

That is something all visitors will take from us and I'm not satisfied how Printex busines cards are looking,
if you agree I can make here some nice looking cards, printed on nice paper and professionally designed.
I would need Peter's informations (real name on Polish, position at company). I think you said only you
and Peter are coming, so if there is someone else, please let me know. (My job)

2. Web site changes

I will send you new photos of Workman, dryer and flash to put it on web site instead of those not so nice
pictures. Also, it would be good to have site open in English language first, because most of the people
who will visit the web site after the show or during the show will be from abroad. Also that way company
will look more international. It would be good idea if you can take printexue.com domain and have your site
designer to just duplicate the content on that address too, again the reason is, the company will look more
international and more world wide known when we put printexue.com on business cards, flyers, etc.
All this is maybe one hour job for the someone who is doing your site maintenance, you just need to
forward these new pictures to him and give him other instructions.(Your job)

3. New brochures

We will need a lot of brochures for every machine, to be given to as much visitors as possible so make
sure to arrange printing. With the new pictures of the dryer and flash I'm sending you, it would be good to
make new dryer brochure with the new picture. (ask printer to just change the picture, it's a one minute job).
I think we will need something like 500- 1,000 flyers of every machine to bring with us to London. Anyway,
it is better to have it more and bring it back to Poland than not having it enough at the trade show. They will
be used also after the show, so make plenty of it. Also prepare one brochure for flash cure with the new
picture I'm sending. (Your job)

4. New logo

I would also change that old Printex logo on all brochures with the logo from your web site or with the one
I made. You decide and choose one, and from now on we should put that logo on business cards, t-shirts,
all that trade show stuff, etc... (Your job to choose one and inform company making the brochures for you)
