Subject: Skipping And/Or Drop-outs. Date: April 4, 1996
Symptom:
(57) The unit may skip, or audio drop-outs may be heard. This problem may be caused
by dust on the objective lens. The dust may be the result of the fan producing
excessive air circulation.
Solution: If skipping and/or drop-outs occur, and dust is found on the lens, change D501 on the
Main board to a different type, and add a fan sheet as shown below.
