Panasonic NV-J45HQ VCR

Problem: Sound is ok. Take about 6-minutes until picture is fine.
Badly times picture will not come to good ever.

Reason: Electrolyte capsitor will dry under time (ab.13years old VCR)

Solution: Change Power-module Electrolyte-Capsitors.
The Most Important is C1131(C31) 330uF 6-25V That will control Heater +/- Power
Thise power line go directly to Picture-Drum.
