Model: DVD-3800
Subject: Countermeasure for the malfunction upon playing back particular
discs.
Symptom: 1) The unit is incapable of playing back particular DVD Audio discs
such as Tchaikovsky, etc.
2) The unit repeats only one track upon playing back a particular DVD Audio disc
"ATAGIIN", even though the unit has been set to "REPEAT ALL" and played.
Solution: The ESS Software has been updated.
Record the following program files together onto one blank CD-R Disc and
update your customer's unit using the Disc upon claim.
Note: When recording the files on the CD-R Disc, the format shall be "ISO9660"
and the Session shall be "CLOSE".
