Subject: Repair of the DSP PC Board.
Symptom: The DSP section does not operate where the audio signal input is
there but there is no output. In some cases the cause of the failure is the crystal
oscillator on the DSP P. W. Board not oscillating.
Solution: The following parts have been changed so that the oscillation can
be stabilized.
1) The oscillator element (XTAL2: 25MHz) on the DSP P. W. Board.
2) The C842 and C847 capacitors (from 22pF to 10pF).
This countermeasure should only be applied when needed.
