EXPLANATION:
PROBLEM: Go to st-by case random condition of 11AK19 chasis. SOLUTION: Resistors R538, R539 values are replacement from 10K to 2K7. TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: This resistors are pull-up resistors of IIC-Bus line (SDA3 & SCL3). There are two different IIC-Bus on the 11AK19Pro chasis. Because our new controller's (SDA555X) supply voltage is 3.3Vdc. and also eeprom supply is same. It means, IIC_Bus of controller and eeprom need pull-up resistors from 3.3Vdc, the IIC-Bus of video processor and PLL tuner need pull-up resistors from 5Vdc supply. There are special IIC-Bus Converter circuit on the 11AK19P chasis for above cases. We are using much kind of eeprom supplyer. We haven't any problem mostly eeprom type but when we have investigate your special st-by problem, we have seen inclination, some kind of eeprom's top of the SDA,SCL lines. This type eeproms SDA,SCL pins need more current. Therefore we are decrease eeprom's pull-up resistors value to 2K7.
