TV does not work due to C216 broke down
Because of overheating on C216.
In order to decrease temperature on C216, modify the chassis as given below. Replace, C216 EL CAP 4.7 UF 250V 85ºC ==> EL CAP 47 UF 250V 105ºC High Ripple
