Notes for service software:

Known error: User Settings Transfer fails when SIM card is not present or
the PIN code has not been entered.

1. If problems arise when downloading Calling Line Icons (CLI) after flashing:
- If download of CLI fails after flashing the phone UI probably needs
to be initialised. Select menu items and Default Values>. Then try to download CLI.

2. If problems arise when downloading Wake Up Graphics (WUG) after
flashing:
- If downloading of WUG fails after flashing then close the "Restore
Default User Setting" Dialog and the Flash dialog. Select menu
item and check mark
"Graphical Welcome Message" and select

3. If problems arise with Call Registers after flashing:
- If Call registers do not work after flashing the phone UI probably
needs to be initialised. Select menu items and UI/DEV Default Values>. If it still not work then try to re-flash the
phone and give the phone time to wake up etc during flashing.

4. If problems arise when flashing with FPS-4:
- If there is a ROM- or PPM checksum failure a dialog box will pop-
up and say so. In that case the phone will NOT wake up by itself.
You can try to turn on the phone and select and Test> and run MCU ROM Checksum- and PPM Checksum test. If
those passes the phone is probably OK, try to re-flash the phone.
