SUBJECT: 021-19099-105 Guard Cover; Compression Plate
021-19094-103 Holder; Compression Plate
Brief:
Above two parts are redesigned so that the Guard Cover is held by screws, instead of by adhesive tapes, to
prevent it from coming loose.
Reason:
After continuous master compressing operation, the adhesive tape on the Guard Cover becomes weak,
causing the Guard Cover to come loose. The loose Guard Cover causes master removal jam.
Newly-registered Part Note:
021-19099-105 Guard Cover; Compression Plate
Since the two additional holes on the new Holder
is not tapped, you will need to use two pieces of
021-19094-103 Holder; Compression Plate
"RS Tight" 3x6 tapping screws.
This screw will be supplied by Riso Kagaku.
