Subject: Countermeasure for XM radio malfunction.
Symptom: Sometimes equipment does not receive XM radio properly with the
CNP-1000 type XM Antenna. Malfunction: no indication of the station name, no
output and no channel selectable when using XM radio.
Solution: Please install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite
your customer's unit upon claim of XM radio malfunction.
