The MD will not eject due to the DOOR LEVER (ref.#119) having disengaged from the LID LEVER (ref.#11).

Solution:

Replace the DOOR LEVER (4-967-657-01) and LID LEVER (4-969-213-01) with the improved part which is listed under the original part numbers.
