Subject: Disc Tray Will Not Open Symptom: (22)

If the customer complaint is any of the following: 1.) While in PLAY mode or STOP mode the Disc Tray does not respond when the OPEN/CLOSE button is pushed. 2.) If the EDIT FADE TIME is set to 10 minutes and the power is switched ON/OFF the fade time changes to 5 minutes.
Solution:
Replace the Microprocessor and resistor listed below.
