The customer may complain of high wow & flutter when playing tapes.
Solution:
Install the following counter measure: Replace all compression coil springs and add a collar to each reel shaft as indicated in the diagram below. The necessary parts are available as a Spring Kit (X-3373874-1). Apply a drop of grease where indicated.
