If the customer complaint is excessive noise in the rear channels perform the following procedure.

Solution:

Add the 100 ohm resistor as described below.

Cut the foil trace between pin 55 of IC401 and R407. Add the 100 ohm resistor from R413 (the side closest to IC404) to JW358. See diagram below.
