The lower half of picture is dark

Please modify if the following symptom occurs.
The lower half of picture sometimes becomes dark as below. (It is easier to confirm this symptom in blue-back picture.)
The drive voltage is unstable since the capacitor in the sustain circuit deteriorates.
Please add the 10 F capacitor in parallel with C4029, located on X-Main board of PDP module as follows: (Step 1) Lay C4029 down. (Step 2) Add the 10 F capacitor in parallel with C4029. (Part No.: FK20X5R1E106MP6) (Step 3) Fix it by silicon glue. (Part No.: SE9185)

2) If the blue sticker is fitted on X-Main board as the following picture, this modification has been already carried out. Also, if the color of C4029 is blue, this modification has been already carried out.
