Picture disappears immediately after power goes on

Please modify if the following symptom occurs.
A picture such as (picture 1) appears after power on, and a screen disappears immediately. At the time the power lamp keeps on green,LED8003(on the SMPS PWB) turn goes on green and LED8004(on the SMPS PWB) turn goes on red.
