G2 and White Balance Adjustment : Presetting Condition : Brightness = 60 Contrast = 100 Blue back = on R / G / B Cut off = 80 (14",15"RF,21" RF) 100 (20",21" and for HBBA-061A(20",21"21" RF)) R / GB Gain = 50 R DC , G DC = 32 Trimpot G2 = Minimum - Use White Balance pattern. - Acces to Service Mode. - Make 1 horizontal line by pressing Yellow button on remote control. - Set trimpot G2 until we got 1 horizontal line with enough intensity. - Return to normal position by pressing yellow button. - Use Chroma meter to adjustment White Balance. - Plug in Chroma meter probe on the black side. - Adjust R G B Cut off, to get standard value : X = 254 ± 7 Minolta Y = 241 ± 7 CA-100+ Y = 5.0 s/d 6.5 Note : While in adjustment, one of color are fixed, according to CRT dominance color on 1 horizontal line. Press menu button to save data Adjustment. Change its probe to the white one. Adjust R gain and G Gain to get standard value. X = 254 ± 7 Minolta Y = 231 ± 7 CA-100+

Press menu button to save data Adjustment. Check again if low bright value has non standard value. Repeate same steps to make correction. Check High Bright once again and make correction if its value isn't conforming, until we got Low Bright and High Bright value according by standard value.

APR Adjustment : - Acces to service mode. - Set APR to : - position 15 = 14" to 21" Non RF, 14" LG w/ STV2286/47H - position 12 = 14" Chs. BMI for CRT Samsung and Toshiba - position 10 = 21" RF, 14" LG, 15" FLAT SA - position 5 = 21" RF - position 0 = 20",21" - Press menu button to save data Adjustment.
