Coffee: Water temperature onto the Coffee granules: Coffee temperature after brewing process 240 ml: Temperature control: Overheat protection (not exchangeable): Length of Mains lead: General Note Before a repair is made, the Switch should be into position "Off", while turning Control knob to position "minimum". The plug has to be pulled from the outlet and all attachments removed from the appliance. Disassembly Mains lead (24) and switch (27): Unscrew the 3 screws (20) in the base plate. Separate the base plate (29) from the housing lower part (22). The base plate is inserted in the housing by means of 6 notches. Boiler cpl. with steam valve and brewing head: Loosen the connection leads from the terminal block (25). Remove the switch (27) with the leads from the housing lower part (22). Unscrew the 3 screws (20) inside the housing with a long screwdriver (200 mm shaft length). Remove the control knob (16) from the steam valve (15). After separating the intermediate part (13) from the housing upper part (2), the upper part is pulled upwards. Hence, unscrew the 4 screws (5) and pull the complete boiler component upwards out of the housing lower part (22). All parts for the boiler component are, now, exchangeable. Assembly The device is assembled in the opposite direction, whereby attention has to be paid to the following: The sealing rings have to be tested and inserted. Before assembling the complete boiler component, the cover (17) has to be inserted. Connect the leads and insert the switch into the housing lower part (22). 120 V 800 Watts max. 270 ml 3 bar - 4 bar < 3 Minutes approx. 100 °C 83 °C + 3 °C 1 Thermostat 140 °C 1 SOD-Fuse 300 °C (red mark) approx. 1.10 Meter

Connection Wiring From the terminal block connection = brown to the switch connection = 1 a. From the terminal block connection = blue to the fuse and to the switch connection = 1 b. From the terminal block connection = yellow/green to the boiler upper part. From the switch connection 1 = white to the thermostat. From the thermostat = white to the boiler heater. From the fuse = white to the boiler heater.
