Disassembly · · · · · · · · Remove jet container (4) and beaker (9) loosen housing screws (6) and remove back housing (5). Pull mains through opening of back housing. Un-solder switch connectors in spots a and b from tube connections, slide end sleeve (13) on tube upwards and pull tube from pump connection. Carefully pull-out tube from front housing (8). Remove terminal connector from PCB (24) and remove adapter connector sideways out of front housing. Remove screws (23) from transformer (22) and take-out of front housing (8). Transformer with pump (19) including the corresponding O-rings and seals (16). Un-screw motor (14) from pump (19). Disengage angle piece (20) with seal (16e) from front housing. Loosen PCB (24) from front housing and pull-off from moving knob (10). Push moving knob out of front housing. Disengage lid (1) from front housing (snap-action). From handle with tube (11), the switch knob (12) can removed by sliding.

Assembly The assembly is made in reversed sequence. Attention should be paid to the following: · · · · · · · Connect motor by observing the correct polarity (red wire to marked connection). Slide end sleeve (13) over tube, push tube firmly over tube connector of pump and press end sleeve over connection. Press switch connections into recesses provided for in housing (areas a and b) and connect with tube connections by soldering (see wiring diagram on page 8). If PCB had been exchanged, a new PCB has to be installed as per instruction (see page 9). Install wires in the area of the mains-well by making sure, no connecting wires will be pinched between the housing parts. While closing the housing parts with screws, push spring catch (2) with spring (3) downwards. Carry-out functional tests.
