Symptom solution Vertical problem. Small picture with retrace and foldover. Vertical IC replaced several weeks ago. Pin 6 of vertical IC IC301 should be 14v. Was negative .3v. Pin 3 should be -12. Was -.02v. D301 open circuit. Replace IC301,D301 and C302
