These special blade inserts for screwdrivers can be ordered from the parts department. Because of approval-board requirements and reasons or safety, only this special screw must be used. Warning!!!! The non-insulated connecting wire between thermostat and heating element serves as a solder wire fuse. For this reason the wire should not be deformed, re-soldered or replaced by another type of connection. Disassembly / Assembly Remove filter and carafe. Turn-off switch and disconnect product from mains outlet. This product is easy to disassemble or to assemble. Only a few points must be observed: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. The Base plate (21) is only attached with a Nut (20) and a Special screw (22). The location and the direction of the connecting wire and mains are shown in the wiring plan see sketch 3. The Cover plate (1) is fixed in three locations with the upper part of the Container (by snap action see sketch 1. The Chassis (14) is also fixed in three locations with the lower part of the Container (by snap action), see sketch 2. Insert Plastic insert (12) into direction of switch, while straightened part of insert is facing front. The Switch (16) will be inserted front the front into chassis (14). In order to remove switch, push both holding tabs towards inside. Pay attention to the proper connection and insertion of all tubes and at least one brewing cycle and safety checks upon completion of repair. 3076 - 4 120 V 750 Watt approx. 7 Minutes approx. 92 °C approx. 82 °C approx. 85 °C 295 °C 130 °C approx. 1.10 Meter
