Solution:

Change the following components. REF FORMER DESCRIPTION R517 CHIP RESISTOR 10K OHM CHIP RESISTOR 150K OHM CHIP RESISTOR 100K OHM CHIP CAP10 pF PART NUMBER 1-216-833-11 NEW DESCRIPTION CHIP RESISTOR 18K OHM CHIP RESISTOR 47K OHM CHIP RESISTOR 150K OHM CHIP CAP 12 pF PART NUMBER 1-216-836-11

The focus gain adjustment will be out of specification after changing these components. Since manual indicates that proper adjustment for RV602 is mechanical center, turn the pot counterclockwise about 30 degrees. Pot should be at "11:00".
