In order to repair the machine while the main power is on, connecting tool the MAIN board with the KEY board with a dedicated tool (J2503-012-A), is convenient.

Solder the lead wires (10 arbor) directly to the position as shown while being cautious of colors. Solder the lead wire (A) to ANT terminal directly.

Center Tip Mark at the 5.5 cm position from the tip of the lead wire and align the marking with the center position as shown in the illustration. Attach the Cap (R) and leads with adhesive agent.

SECTION 3 ELECTRICAL ADJUSTMENT

FM RF signal generator 0.01µF to ANT (TP6) 75kHz (100%) amplitude modulation by 1kHz signal. Output level : as low as possible Level meter 16 Set + ­ Carrier frequency : 98MHz Modulation : no modulation Output level : 0.1V (100dB)

FM VCO Adjustment Procedure :
FM RF signal generator 0.01µF to ANT (TP6)

1. Connect frequency counter to the positions shown below. 2. Tune the set to 98 MHz. 3. Adjust RV1 so that the value of the frequency counter reading becomes 19 kHz.
