Cause/condition for message to appear

Troubleshooting
Set the power switch to "POWER OFF", press the DISC EJECT button, and then reinsert the disc. After that, set the power switch to "VIDEO" or "PHOTO (disc)". Set the power switch to "POWER OFF", reconnect the AC adapter/ charger or battery, and then set the power switch to "VIDEO" or "PHOTO (disc)".
