7. PROTECTION
7.1 INPUT CURRENT :
An input fuse with a rating of 3.15A, shall be provided to protect the device and
the input wiring. by the output current to rise and the output voltage to
decrease, when the current up to more than 110%-150% of output current to
protection. Removal of an output short condition shall permit automatic
recovery of the output voltage.
7.2 SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
The device shall be protected from damage of accidentally shorting output for a
period of up to 20S. Removal of output short conditions shall permit automatic
recovery of the output voltage.
7.3 Open Lamp protected ( protect for each terminal ).

When the device is operational within any of the limits of this specification the
MTBF shall be at least 30,000 hours at 25 ..

16.2 BURN IN
The device will be performed a minimum of a 4 hours burn in at 40 . under
80% load on all power supplies.
19. SAFETY

17.1 Leakage current less than 0.35mA 220Vac 50Hz.
17.2 Dielectric Strength Test
Withstand AC 3750V, 50Hz, 5mA at 1 minutes tested for primary to ground.
17.3 Insulation Resistance: 50M ohm at 500Vdc (P to S).
Primary to Secondary : 50 Mohm at 500Vdc.


20. FAULT CONDITION TEST
Damage to the device must not occur such as fire, smoke, break, and molten
metal in equipment.


21. IMPORTMANT
Do not attach a conducting tape to lamp connecting wire, if the lamp wire attach
to conductive tape, TFT-LCD module have a low luminance and the inverter has
abnormal action because leakage current occurs between lamp wire and
conducting tape.
If the display arrangement is less friendly such as the asymmetrical wiring forces
unequal losses and the lamps receive imbalanced current. Even with identical
lamps, illumination may not be balance.
