BATTERY Module
The below illustrations show how to Remove the Battery module from the notebook.

1. Push the latch and take out the battery!

1. Loosen 2 screws on bottom of notebook. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver 2. Push the HDD module off the front side of notebook.

Memory Module
The below illustrations show how to remove the Memory module from the notebook.
Disassembling Memory module

Loosen screw and Disassemble RAM door. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

Pushed the brackets and taken out the RAM.

Remove Wireless Module
1. Loosen the screw then disassembled MINIPCI door.

Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM.

Number 1 cross screwdriver

2. Carefully taken off antenna cable.

3. Removed wireless card from MiniPCI slot.

Keyboard Module
The illustration below shows how to remove the K/B cover and keyboard plate. Removing Keyboard cover 1. Pushed the cover to take off.

Removing K/B
Pushed up the K/B and disconnected the K/B cable.

Remove ROM driver
1. Loosen the screw and Pushed out the ODD module. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

Removing the metal sheet

R E M O V E

1. Loosen the screws and taken off the metal sheet. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

CPU Module

The illustrations below show how to remove the CPU module onto the notebook. The module contains CPU, CPU thermal pad and CPU heatsink module.

Removing CPU Fan

Loosen the screws and disconnect fan cable. Then take off the fan. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

To loose CPU with minus screw driver and follow the arrow direction. Then take off CPU and taken off the thermal pad.

2 2. Disconnect LCD cable and Antenna cable. Then taken out the Cover.

Disassembling LCD

1. Carefully loosen the screws on the bezel and taken off bezel.

Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM.

Number 1 cross screwdriver

2. Disconnected I/V and loosen screws on the bracket. Then taken out LCD.

Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM.

Number 1 cross screwdriver

The illustration below shows how to remove the M/B from the base.

3. Disconnected touch pad cable and taken off top.

1. Loosen the nuts on the base. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM.

2. Loosen the screws on the docking bracket and taken off bracket. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

3. Loosen the screws on the M/B. Twist force: 2.0+/-0.2KG/CM. Number 1 cross screwdriver

Disconnected LID switch cable and speaker cable. Then taken off M/B.
