Part Picture Description 1. As shown in picture, adhere Knob to the end closely into the arrow direction(1), then push the battery up (2).

3. Remove the Bottom screw. If only keyboard is disassembled, remove only 2 screws ( mark). : M2 X L4, Silver (5EA) : M2 X L4, Black (2EA) : M2 X L8, Silver (15EA)

4. Remove the Memory Door (

) and HDD Door(

).

Part Picture Description 5. Remove the memory by pushing the fixed-tap out.

6. After removing the Screw for fixing HDD remove the INSULATOR by lifting the HDD up to about 70 degrees direction. : M2 X L4, Silver (2EA)

7. Remove Bottom Screw : Remove the screw(4EA) which fixes HDD. : Remove the screw(2EA)

Part Picture Description 8. Push the HOOK up inwards by using a pin-set and then lift the keyboard up. [Caution] Be careful not to scratch on top of the keyboard or LCD panel when you push the hook up.

9. Lift the top side of the keyboard up carefully as shown in the picture

10. Lift the keyboard up, and then take the FPC out after lifting the Connector Lock.

11. Remove the screw(2 EA) to separate the Front Cover.

Part Picture Description 12. Separate the Touch Pad by pushing the connector to the arrow direction after removing the insulating paper by lift.

13. Separate it by lifting up by holding the center part of the Top as shown in the picture. [Caution] Do not enforce excessive strength when you lift the Top up. It may cause a damage or brake the Bottom Cover.

14. Picture when the Front Cover is separated

15. Separate the DVD in arrow order as shown in the picture after removing the screw which fixes DVD.

Part Picture Description 16. Remove 5 cables (LCD, speaker, microphone, camera, battery).

17. Separate the Main board by removing the screw (6EA) which fixes the Main board.

Main System

18. Remove the cable which is connected with USB after lifting the Main board from the Bottom Cover.

19. Make the Bottom Cover upright to the LCD Panel.

Part Picture Description 20. Separate LCD Panel and Bottom Cover by removing the screw (2 EA) as shown in the picture.

21. Separate the Main board after removing the WLAN cables (3 EA) which is connected with WLAN PCB of the Front Cover.

22. Remove the screw (9 EA) and cooling fan cable to separate CPU and the cooling fan of the graphic card.

23. Lift CPU up after rotate the screw fully counterclockwise to separate CPU.

Part Picture Description 24. Separate it to the arrow direction after removing the screw which fixes WLAN.

25. Remove the screw (4 EA) after removing Rubber-LCD Cap as shown in the picture. [Caution] Be careful not to make scratch on the LCD Panel when you removing Rubber-LCD Cap.

26. Insert your hand into the gap of the LCD back and LCD front and then separate first,the upper part of the LCD front and second, both side of the LCD front then finally the bottom side of it. LCD Ass'y

27. Separate the both side of Hinge, left and right as shown the picture

Part Picture Description 28. To separate the LCD Panel, 1) Remove the screw( 2EA) at the upper part as shown in the picture.

2) Remove the screw(2EA) which fixes Bracket at the lower part as shown in the picture.

29. Separate LCD Panel from Front Cover after removing Bracket(upper, lower).

LCD Ass'y 30. Separete the Camera Module connector as shown in the picture.

31. Front Cover which is separated from LCD Panel.

Part Picture Description 32. To separate speaker 1) Separate the speaker cable from the Bottom Cover. 2) Separate the speaker by removing the screw (2 EA) which fixes speaker.

33. Separate the USB Module after removing the fixing screw as shown in the picture.

TOP Ass'y 34. Separate Plug-in Assy after removing the screw (1 EA) as shown in the picture.

35. The picture of Bottom Cover which is separated completely.
