1. Elektrostatisch gesicherte MOS-Arbeitsplätze. Der Umgang mit gegen Elektrostatik empfindlichen Bauteilen muß an einem elektrostatisch gesicherten MOS-Arbeitsplatz erfolgen. Ein elektrostatisch gesicherter MOS-Arbeitsplatz erdet über Entladungswiderstände sämtliche leitende Materialien einschließlich der Person. Nichtleiter werden durch Luftionisation entladen. Die Integration von Lötkolben und Meßgeräten in den gesicherten MOS-Arbeitsplatz ist nur mit Trenntrafo in jedem der verwendeten Geräte möglich. Die Meßgeräte-Massen werden ebenfalls mit Entladungswiderständen geerdet. 2. Gesicherte Verpackung durch leitfähige Materialien. Zum Schutz gegen Elektrostatik werden elektrisch leitende Kunststoffe für Verpackung und Transportmittel verwendet. Leitende Kunststoffe gibt es als schwarze oder transparente Schutzbeutel, Schaumstoff, Folien und als Behälter. Empfindliche Bauteile dürfen nur am gesicherten MOS-Arbeits-platz aus der Verpackung entfernt bzw. verpackt werden.

1. Electrostatically shielded MOS workstations Components sensitive to electrostatic discharge must be handled at workstation with electrostatic shielding. An electrostatically shielded MOS workstation is fitted with discharge resistor which earth all conductive materials, including the technician working there. Dielectrics are discharged by air ionisation. The use of soldering irons and measuring equipment at shielded workstation is only possible in conjunction with isolating transformer in each of the devices used. Measuring equipment chassis are also earthed with discharge resistors. 2. Shielded packaging using conductive materials To protect against electrostatic charges, electrically conductive plastics are used for packaging and transport purposes. Conductive plastics are available in the form of transparent protective bags, foam plastic, film sheeting or containers. Sensitive components requiring the use of protective packaging must only be packed and unpacked at shielded workstations.

Safety warnings/regulations
1. Instandsetzungen, Änderungen und Prüfung netzbetriebener elektronischer Geräte und deren Zubehör dürfen nur von fachkundigen Personen ausgeführt werden. 2. Es gelten die Vorschriften und Sicherheitshinweise nach VDE 0701, Teil 200, und die Vorschriften und Sicherheitshinweise des jeweiligen Landes! 3. VDE 0701, Teil 200, beinhaltet Vorschriften zur Instandsetzung, Änderung und Prüfung netzbetriebener elektronischer Geräte und deren Zubehör. 4. Vor der Auslieferung des Geräts muß eine Sichtprüfung des Geräts und der Anschlußleitungen (und soweit vorhanden, des Schutzleiters), und die Messung des Isolationswiderstandes und des Ersatz-Ableitstromes nach VDE 0701, Teil 200, durchgeführt werden. Der niederohmige Durchgang des Schutzleiters ist durch Messung laut Vorschrift VDE 0701, Teil 1, nachzuweisen. 5. Die Vorschriften des jeweiligen Landes sind zusätzlich zu beachten. gekennzeichnet, dürfen nur 6. Bauteile mit dem Symbol durch Originalteile ersetzt werden.

Las piezas electrostáticamente sensibles deben embalarse y/o desembalarse solamente en puestos de manipulación de módulos MOS.

Geleidende kunststoffen zijn als zwarte of transparante beschermzakjes, schuimstof, folie en als container verkrijgbaar. Gevoelige componenten mogen alleen op de beveiligde MOSwerkplek uit de verpakking worden gehaald resp.worden verpakt.

Die Gummipuffer, die beim Abnehmen der Rückwand von den Stiften im Frontrahmen mit aus der Rückwand abgezogen werden, müssen vor dem Anbringen der Rückwand von den Stiften gezogen und wieder in die Rückwand eingesteckt werden.
Important note for mounting rear cover of Xelos A 37:
By removing the rear cover, the pins from the front masc pull out the rubber support from the rear cover. Before mounting the rear cover, the rubber supports have to be pulled from the pins of front masc and have to be plugged into the rear cover.

Hinweis: Das Festplattenlaufwerk ist nicht mit dem Gerät verschraubt, sondern auf dem Montageblech (Bild 2, Pfeile C) an 4 Haltepunkte (Bild 3, Pfeile D) aufgesteckt. 1. Stecker (Bild 1, Pfeil A und B) vom Laufwerk ziehen. 2. Laufwerk vorsichtig ca. 14 mm nach links schieben. 3. Laufwerk aus dem Montageblech entnehmen und auf einer weichen antistatischen Unterlage ablegen.

Démontage du disque dur

Information: Le disque dur n`est pas fixé par des vis dans l`appareil, mais enfiché sur le support (figure 2, repère C), sur 4 points (figure 3, repère D). 1. Débrancher le connecteur (figure 1, repères A et B) sur le disque dur . 2. Pousser avec attention le disque dur d`environ 14 mm vers la gauche. 3. Retirer le disque dur et le poser sur une surface souple et antistatique.

Der Frontrahmen ist jeweils seitlich links und rechts sowie oben und unten mit 6 Klebestreifen am Panel befestigt. Bei Austausch des Panels oder des Frontrahmens müssen die alten Klebestreifen entfernt und unbedingt erneuert werden. Dabei sind folgende Arbeitsschritte notwendig: 1. After replacement of panel or frontframe the old adhesive tapes have to be removed and replaced by new tapes. Hinweis: Das Klebeband ist bei Bedarf repositionierbar. Durch ruckartigen Abzug kann das Band leicht in einem Stück abgeschält werden. Die zuvor verbundenen Oberflächen bleiben dabei unbeschädigt. Achtung: Im Handel erhältliche Klebebänder können u.U. Klebereste auf den Panel hinterlassen, die nicht oder nur sehr schwer zu entfernen sind. Wir empfehlen daher nur die Original-Klebestreifen zu verwenden. Die 6 Original-Klebestreifen mit einer Länge von je 48cm können als Satz mit der Bestell-Nr. 190-90437.985 über den LOEWEErsatzteildienst bezogen werden.

Le cadre avant est fixé au panel, à gauche et à droite, ainsi que dans le haut et le bas, par 6 bandes collantes. Suite à l'échange du cadre avant ou du panel , ces bandes doivent obligatoirement être retirées et changées. Pour ce faire, les opérations suivantes sont nécessaires: 1. Fissaggio della cornice frontale Xelos A 42.
La cornice frontale è fissata al pannello, lateralmente a sinistra e destra e sopra e sottom con 6 nastri adesivi. Sostituendo il pannello o la cornice frontale, bisogna togliere I nastri adesivi vecchi e rinnovarli assolutamente. Facendo questo, sono necessari I seguenti passi: 1. Togliere il pannello posteriore (48 viti), vedasi capitolo ,,Smontaggio del pannello posteriore".. 2. Svitare il piede dell`apparecchio (4 viti). Figura 1
3. Retirer l'appareil du pied et le déposer sur une mousse par exemple. 4. Retirer et décrocher le couvercle métal sur le module de commande (6 Vis). Image 2
3. Sollevare l`apparecchio dal piede ed appoggiarlo ad esempio su una superficie di gommapiuma.. 4. Togliere il coperchio metallico per il commando e sganciarlo (6 viti). Figura 2

Poser les 6 bandes collantes (voir image) sur le cadre avant, retirer le film de protection, et remonter le cadre avant dans l'ordre inverse des opérations. Image 4
6. Collocare l`apparecchi sul proprio piede e sfilare delicatamente la cornice frontale. 7. I nastri adesivi vecchi possono essere sfilati senza problemi. 8. Applicare i 6 nastri adesivi (vedasi figura) sulla cornice frontale, sfilare la pellicola protettiva e rimontare la cornice frontale in sequenza inversa. Figura 4
Information: La bande collante peut éventuellement être replacée. L'enlèvement des bandes peut aisément se faire en une fois, en tirant d'un coup sec. Les surfaces sur lesquelles les bandes étaient collées ne seront pas détériorées. Attention: Des bandes collantes disponibles dans le commerce peuvent éventuellement laisser des restes de colle, qui ne peuvent pas, ou très difficilement être enlevés, sur le panel. Nous préconisons de ce fait d'utiliser les références d'origine. Les 6 bandes collantes d'une longueur d'environ 48cm chacune, peuvent être commandées en kit, sous la référence 19090437.985 au SAV.
Annotazione: Se necessario, il nastro adesivo è riposizionabile. Con uno strappo deciso, il nastro si stacca facilmente in un unico pezzo e le superfici precedentemente collegate rimangono illese. Attenzione: I nastri adesivi disponibili in commercio possono talvolta lasciare particelle adesive sul pannello, che non si possono togliere o solo molto difficilmente. Per questo motivo, suggeriamo di utilizzare solo nastri adesivi originali. I 6 nastri adesivi originali, ciascuno lungo 48cm, si possono ordinare in serie con il codice di ordinazione 190-90437.985 attraverso il Servizio Parti di Ricambio LOEWE.

Fijación del bastidor principal Xelos A 42
El bastidor principal se fija a los dos laterales y a la parte superior e inferior del panel con un total de 6 cintas adhesivas, que deben sustituirse por otras nuevas siempre que se cambie bien el panel o bien el bastidor. Es necesario seguir los siguientes pasos: 1. Desatornille los 48 tornillos que fijan la tapa trasera. Ver capítulo ,,desmontaje de la tapa trasera" 2. Desatornille los 4 tornillos que fijan la base (figura 1)

6. Sitúe el TV en su soporte y retire cuidadosamente el bastidor frontal. 7. Retire completamente los restos de cinta adhesiva. 8. Monte las 6 tiras adhesivas (ver foto) en el bastidor, retire la película protectora y monte el bastidor frontal en posición opuesta (figura 4)

Nota: La cinta adhesiva puede ya volver a colocarse. Tirando de forma fuerte y rápida la cinta se retira de una vez sin romperse ni dañar la superficie. Atención. Por favor utilice sólo la cinta original. Las cintas normales pueden dejar rastros en su superficie. Las 6 cintas adhesivas originales con una longitud de 48 cm cada una, están disponibles en Loewe por debajo de 190-90437.985

Funktionstaste "M" oder auf der Ortsbedienung 1 mal drücken, anschließend auf der Fernbedienung wiederholt die Pfeil-Rechts-Taste (innerer Ring) drücken, bis Anzeige "Service" markiert ist und innerhalb von 1 Sekunde Taste "Menu" auf der Fernbedienung. Premere di seguito il tasto "M" o della ghiera posta sul televisore. A questo punto togliere le dita dai pulsanti e attendere che il diodo led diventi verde, di seguito comparirà sul televisore il menu del "ServiceMode", e il tasto del telecomando per circa 1 secondo finche il diodo led della ghiera non diventa arancione.
