Countermeasure against tooth jumping of the ratchet gear in the drive unit section

AR-M256/M316, AR-M236/M276, AR-235/275 For new products, the load of the ratchet spring has been increased from 4.0N to 19.0N in order to prevent tooth jumping or abnormal noise in the drive unit section. Since the ratchet gear and fusing drive gear may be worn due to increase of the ratchet spring's load, one poly slider has been added between ratchet spring and ratchet gear and between fusing drive gear and E ring respectively. For the above models, the same countermeasure against tooth jumping or abnormal noise has been taken. · Identification of the ratchet spring Before change: 4.0N (silver) After change: 19.0 (blue)
