repair tip.
symptom:no power on,red led blinks twice,only standby
voltage 3,3v(pin1) and 2,8-3v from ac off det (pin2)
of power supply,no voltage on power on (pin3) CN6006 connector.
Solution :disconnect CN6000, put a wire jumper between pin1 and pin3,
that will start up the power board check the 12volts on pins 4,5,8 and 24 volts to inverter board.
If those voltages are present the problem is with the main board or BEN board.
Change all lVDO regulators IC6010,IC6008,IC6007
and power on again if you get the same blink error check the
main dc to dc converters ic6002,IC6003,IC6004 or replace the BEN board.
