latches the print data.
The /P-STB1, /P-STB3, /P-STB4 and /P-STB5 are strobe signals. When the signal is on, the printing
operation is performed.
The /PRJSEL, PRJSEL, and /STB-ON signals are enable signals for IC20 and IC21.
When the /PRJSEL and /STB-ON signals are at a low level, the buffer on the receipt printer side
becomes active.
When the PRJSEL and /STB-ON signals are at a low level, the buffer on the journal printer side
becomes active.

IC1 and IC2 are driver ICs for the stepping motor.
IC1 controls the stepping motor in the receipt printer and IC2 controls that in the journal printer.
The MT-A, MT-/A, MT-B, and MT-/B signals which are output from the driver ICs will be the pulse
signals for the receipt printer and the journal printer.

The DC motor which takes up the journal paper is connected to CN3. The MOT-ON signal which is
output from the CPU performs an on-off control of the DC motor. When this signal is at a high level,
the DC motor works.
