or other intellectual property right infringement or if Samsung's use of the Products
and/or the Components provided by HANSOL TECHNICS shall be prevented by
permanent injunction for reasons of patent, copyright or trade secret infringement,
HANSOL TECHNICS may, at its sole option and expense, procure for Samsung the right
to continued use of the Products and/or the Components as provided hereunder, or
modify the allegedly infringing item such that it is no longer infringing, or replace the
allegedly infringing item.

1. Supply Overview

1) This is a DC Voltage Stabilized Supply which is developed for driving 4CH LED panel
back light system.
2) This specification describe the requirements of power supply which designed to be used
in Samsung Electronics PD55B2.
3) The maximum total power drawn from the output is 218watt max for respectively.
This can be drawn in any combination from all autputs, within the levels specified in output
requirements section
4) # of output of the power supply is voltage 4ea and current 1ea.
5) Remote On/Off control:
SMPS Vdrv,B5V,B13V,Vamp(except ST_BY A5V) outputs shall be enabled with an active high TTL
compatible signal(PS_ON). ST_BY A5V is On whenever AC power is present.
6) All output specifications shall be met under worst-case conditions of input voltage, Min / Max
load currents and temperature range and long-terms operation
7) The power supply shall be blobal shut downed responding to any protection atatus. Required

Note :
*1) The SMPS shall comply with the regulation EN61000-3-2 that mandates the maximum allowable
input AC current harmonic distortion. Compliance to this regulation will be tested at Max-load.
*2) Peak inrush current shall not exeed 100A at cold & hot start condition and must be limited
to the extend that no damage done to the supply under any specified line, load, and
temperature conditions. (Administration below I2t(I*I*t)25%)
*3) The SMPS shall incorporate primary fusing for input over-current protection.

*4) The SMPS shall maintain output regulation for a minimum 20msec under follwing conditions:
The input voltage is 90Vrms at 60Hz, and output load is Typical.
To test the hold-up time, the input voltage will be turn off close to the 0 deg of AC input.
*5) The SMPS shall maintain its output regulation during AC line 100% Dip 1.5 cycle off condition
and AC line 50% Dip 3 cycle off condition. Specific area 100% Dip 25 cycle no destruction.
