Stórgerausehe (Brummen, Sehnarren o.a.) vom links bei O.g. Geraten. Auf der Netzentstórplatte liegt das Absehirmbleeh teilweise auf der Orassel L 6001 (nur vem Hersteller Firma Vogt). Das Absehirmbleeh über der Orassel wird vergróBert und weiter abgesetzt. Bis zum Einsatz derart geanderter Absehirmbleehe, ist ein ea. 2,5 em langer Klebestreifen (Tesa) zwisehen Orassel und Absehirmbleeh anzubringen. Der Fehler ist abgestellt mil Kartonstempel X 766 Nov. 94 KW 44.

Failure mode:
Interferenee noises (humming, rattling, ete.) in lhe frant left pari of lhe seis mentioned above. On lhe mains noise suppression board lhe shielding plate is in eontaet with lhe ehoke L 6001 (only available trem supplier Vogt eompany). The shielding plate above lhe ehoke beeomes larger with an inereasing distanee to lhe ehoke.

Service solution: Until sueh modified shielding plates are available, attaeh an adhesive strip of approximately 2.5 em in length between lhe ehoke and lhe plate. Remark: The errar will be eliminated as trem earton stamp X 766 Nov. 94 KW 44.

Der SMD-Widerstand CB 0069 (OOhm), Position X 61 Y 34, muB bestückt werden (im Layout vorgesehen). 2. Pin 24 und Pin 31 (+ 5 V/D1) das Prozessors IC 850 sind zu verbinden. Wird das EPROM von der Softwareversion 19798-270.02 in dia aktuelle Version 19798-270.03 oder grõBer getauscht, muB nur dia Ânderung Punkt 2 durchgeführt we!den. When replacing the EPROM (IC 860) of software version 19798-270.01 with one of the newer versions trem 19798-270.03 on, the following two modifications are necessary: 1. Mount the SMD resistor CBO069 (Oohm), position X61 Y34 (provided in the layout). 2. Connect pin 24 and pin 31 (+5 V/D1) of the processorlC 850 with each other. When replacing the EPROM of software version 19798-270.02 with the current version 19798-270.03 or higher, only the modification described under item 2 has to be carried out. Oie Betriebsspannung +45 V betragt teilweise bis 50 V.
Nach dem Austausch des TOA 8350 Q und der defekten Sicherungswiderstande müssen die Spannungen ,,+A" und ,,+45 V" kontrolliert werden. Betragt die Spannung ,,+45 V" trotz richtig eingestellter ,,+A" Spannung mehr ais 46 V, so ist zur Reduzierung eine zusatzliche Orossel von 27 pH oder 47 pH in Reihe mit L 554 einzubauen. After the replacement of TOA 8350 Q and the detective backup resistors it is necessary to check the voltages ,,+A" and ,,+45 V". If the ,,+45 V" voltage is higher than 46 V despite a correctly adjusted ,,+A" voltage, then an additional coil of 27 pH or 47 pH is to be connected inline to L 554 for voltage reduction.
