The PL/I (F) Compiler translates PL/I source
programs into object programs in System/360
machine language. This publication describes the
facilities provided by the compiler, and the
conventions and restrictions which the user must
observe. It explains how to compile, link-edit,
and execute PL/I source programs in the environ-
ment of System/360 Operating System. Features of
PL/I which are not supported by the (F) Compiler
are detailed in Appendix H of this publication.
